**Our class has worked so very hard this week on our TCAP tests! We have one more week of testing. Parents- thank you for all of your support with making sure your students get a good night of sleep and a healthy breakfast in the morning. Here are the dates and times of our final tests:
**Each day testing from 10:45-12:10:**
Monday, March 3 – Writing
Tuesday, March 4 - Writing
Wednesday, March 5 – Reading
Thursday, March 6 – Reading
Friday, March 7 – Writing
Tuesday, March 11– Reading
Wednesday, March 12 – Math
Thursday, March 13 – Math
Friday, March 14 – Math
**Conferences will be held this upcoming Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you for signing up for your time!
**PARENTS- I am looking forward to having the opportunity to meet with all of you during this upcoming week for parent and teacher conferences. Knowing that we will be meeting next week, I decided to give out report cards during our meeting time. This will be an excellent opportunity to look at the report card together and to use as a guide to discuss your child’s progress this year. Please let me know if you have any questions! I will see you next week!
Our class is working tremendously hard on our TCAP tests and want to celebrate our success! Next Friday, we will take our final TCAP test in the morning and then have our celebration in the afternoon. We are planning on having a pizza party for lunch, and then resting our over-worked brains by having an in-class movie. A permission form for the movie was sent home in Friday Folders. To help with the pizza party, each student is asked to bring in $3.00. Students may also wear comfy clothes and bring in a pillow and blanket. If any students want to bring in a special snack to share with their class, they may certainly do so. One more week of testing and then party time!!
