Reading: We were able to do our first "Month Piece" of the year. Ask your student about this activity. Students worked VERY hard on their Language Arts Acuity written test this week! We will hopefully be able to complete the computer session next week. We
Math: We learned some new methods to help us subtract large numbers. Ask your student to show you how to ungroup first before subtracting- a very helpful trick! We also completed our written Math Acuity test- they all used tremendous S.E.G.!
Writing: Have your student tell you about their published month piece! Their writing turned out BEAUTIFUL.
